The weekend

What to expect

No packed itinerary, no pressure. Just a proper weekend in the hills with a few things worth turning up for.

01

Talks

Honest, thought-provoking sessions from respected speakers. Plenty to chew over, never preachy.

02

Sport & activities

Get stuck in: five-a-side, table tennis, whatever's going. Competitive optional.

03

Walks

Head out into the Peak District. Big skies, good chat and the best views in the country.

04

The pub

A pint and a proper natter. Some of the best conversations happen here.

05

Games

Cards, board games and a bit of friendly rivalry late into the evening.

06

Community

The whole point: time together as mates, away from the noise of everyday life.

The vibe

Just a bunch of blokes, away for the weekend

Recharge is about getting away from it all and spending real time together, with no agenda other than good company, fresh air and a proper laugh.

There's a Christian thread running through the weekend, woven into some of the talks and conversations. It's relaxed and never pushed.

Everyone's welcome exactly as they are, whatever you believe. Come on your own or bring a mate. By Sunday you'll head home recharged, with a few more good people in your corner.
